I am thrilled to introduce myself as your senior real estate transition expert, Denise Olson.
As a member of this community, I am committed to helping seniors and their families navigate real estate transitions with ease and confidence.
My goal is to provide exceptional service to seniors and their families. If you're a senior that needs help arranging all the details of a move, or a family member unable to help your loved one move, I am a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist and I'm here to help.
Moving can be a stressful experience for seniors and their families. To help reduce stress, we make a plan and create a timeline for the move. This timeline includes tasks such as; decluttering, packing, arranging for movers, and connecting you with resources to get your home sold!
I manage the process from beginning to end, taking away as much of the stress of moving as we can. We will work with you to make sure that you get the best price for your current home and if you don't have something set up yet, help find a new one that meets your needs. I will provide you with the resources and expertise to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Giving Back
The phrase, “It takes a village” really resonates with me. I want our community to be a place where someone in need can find the services they need.
It says in Luke 6:28, “Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”
When we all work together toward a common goal, that is when our community will truly prosper. I focus on organizations like, care and share, habitat for humanity, springs rescue mission and many of our community outreach groups through my church.
